OUR STORY
Nestled in the heart of Portobello, I Monelli — “The Brats” — was born from Ivano’s love for family and Italian tradition.
Inspired by his mother and grandmother, he learned that Italian cooking is about love, patience, and sharing meals that bring people together.
A truly Italian chef with years of international experience, Ivano has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels around the world, mastering Italian, French, Spanish, African, and Irish cuisines.
