Head Chef and owner of I Monelli, Ivano is a passionate and truly Italian chef with many years of international experience.
Before settling here in Dublin Ivano worked in various Michelin star restaurants and 5 star hotels around the world​, preparing exquisite recipes in Italian, French, Spanish, African and Irish cuisines.
